International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and hygiene standards, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bath & Pedestal Mats (hygiene reasons)
  • Bedding with opened packages
  • Used Dinner Plates & Bowls
  • Food Preparation items
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture (from our Furniture and Garden Furniture collections)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Order number
    • Item details (name and SKU if available)
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Package Your Item

    Repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  4. Ship Your Return
