Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as our designer drapery.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bath & Pedestal Mats (for hygiene reasons)
- Bedding (opened packages)
- Food Preparation items
- Dinner Plates & Bowls (if used)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces from our Furniture and Garden Furniture collections
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Chicago facility using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days).
- Refund Issuance: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process your refund once we receive the original item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international returns (outside the U.S.), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please note that refunds will be issued in U.S. dollars and may be subject to currency conversion rates.
